If you think Michael Psilakis must be running on jet fuel – so many kitchens, so many moves—wait till summer. Celebrated for Anthos, the late Dona and now Mia Dona on East 58th Street, Psilakis couldn’t resist his landlord’s urging to keep the pocketsize space at 222 West 79th Street when he moves his hottie Kefi out and uptown in June to roomier quarters at 505 Columbus. "Psilakis sees it as a chance to do the Greek fish restaurant he’s always dreamed of," says a partner - the catch of the day whole, grilled or baked, nothing priced above $20, wines of the world $30 or less. It will be called MP for Michael Psilakis and Market Price. “We’ll have the same fish as Milos for one fifth the price,” boasts the partner. (I’m letting him be anonymous because he might have been tipsy and didn’t notice me taking notes). “We’re going to show what bullshit Milos’ prices are.”
